KeetaPad is a decentralized application (dApp) running on the Keeta Network. Your use of the platform constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Non-Custodial Nature

You acknowledge that KeetaPad is a non-custodial platform. We do not have access to your private keys or funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and assets.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for:

  • Money laundering or financing terrorism.
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities in smart contracts or the frontend.
  • Harassing or defrauding other users.

4. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading and participation in IDOs involve significant risk. Tokens may lose value. Smart contracts, despite auditing, may contain bugs. You accept all risks associated with using the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeetaPad contributors and developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
